Payment Options

• New Student Registration: $300.00
  • Includes $25 Entrance Assessment Fee
• Returning Student Registration: $275

Tuition Fee

Tuition Fee Amount: $3750 per year

LVCA Activity Fee

This fee is used to pay for the student’s Spirit Friday lunches, field trips, etc.

$200.00 per year (may be divided over 10 payments)

Book Fees

Non-refundable & due by July 15th or at enrollment if enrolled after July 15th

• Pre-Kindergarten – $175.00
• Kindergarten – $180.00
• 1st Grade thru 4th Grade – $380.00
• 5th thru 12th Grade (ACE) – $325.00

One-time Fees

Due by August 15th

• American Associate of Christian Schools (AACS) Membership Fee: $15.00 annually
• Achievement Testing Fee: $50.00 (Kindergarten – 12th grade only)

Extended Care Fees

• Part-Time (AM OR PM Only): $900.00 per year – divided into 10 installments; $600.00 for 2nd + child
• Full-Time (AM AND PM): $1250.00 per year – divided into 10 installments; $950.00 for 2nd + child

Tuition Discounts

• Leon Valley Baptist Church Members – 10%
• Annual Tuition Payment (*tuition paid in full) – 10%
• 2nd child + enrolled per family – 10%
