TUITION AND FEES

Payment Options

Credit & Debit Card, Cash, Check, Zelle, or Money Order Accepted

• Annual tuition paid in advance (by August 15th)
• 10 Monthly Payments – Due each month from August 15th through May 15th

Late fee will be charged to any student account more than 10 days late.

Financial aid available to those who qualify.

Registration Fee

Book fees are included in Registration Fee. Registration fee is non-refundable and due upon enrollment

• New Student Registration: $300.00
  • Includes $25 Entrance Assessment Fee
• Returning Student Registration: $275

Tuition Fee

Tuition Fee: $4,750 per year

Preschool Tuition Fee: $2,250 per year

LVBC members receive a 10% discount

LVCA Activity Fee

This fee is used to pay for the student’s Spirit Friday lunches, field trips, etc.

$250.00 per year (may be divided over 10 payments)

Book Fees

Non-refundable & due by July 15th or at enrollment if enrolled after July 15th

• Pre-Kindergarten – $250.00
• Kindergarten – $300.00
• 1st Grade thru 4th Grade – $500.00
• 5th thru 12th Grade (ACE) – $400.00

One-time Fees

Due by August 15th

• American Associate of Christian Schools (AACS) Membership Fee: $50.00 annually
• Achievement Testing Fee: $50.00 (Kindergarten – 12th grade only)

Extended Hours

Available for parents who need their child(ren) to stay beyond the designated school hours: Mornings from 6:30 – 8:00 am and evenings from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.

• Part-Time (AM OR PM Only): $1,300.00 per year – divided into 10 installments; $1,000.00 for 2nd + child
• Full-Time (AM AND PM): $1800.00 per year – divided into 10 installments; $1,400.00 for 2nd + child

Refund Policy

• Only tuition is subject to refund. No other fees or charges are refundable. Tuition refund will only be considered due to unexpected military permanent change of station (PCS), an unexpected employer directed job transfer, a family emergency, withdrawal/expulsion, or some other situation beyond the control of parties involved. There will be no refund of tuition if withdrawal/expulsion is due to personal desires or disagreement with set LVCA policy and standards and/or Biblical doctrinal positions.
